Easy to Use Interface
You’ll immediately noticed the new look. It helps you easily find what you’re looking for and we made sure it works on almost every browser and device (even Internet Explorer 8) by using the latest, fastest technologies.
It’s now easier than ever to manage hundreds or thousands of files and folders with the ability to select more than one at a time. Want to move 15 files to a new folder? Just select the files, click move, and select the destination folder — it’s simple. This feature alone will save you countless hours and let you get back to closing your deal.
We’re just as excited as you are. You can now search for any file or folder in a workspace and it will take you directly to where you need to go. Can’t remember where you put those Q4 Financial documents? Just search by name and the tree will automatically expand to the correct location.
Another time-saving tool is the ability to sort files/folders by their index, title, or date modified. This allows flexibility for all members of the workspace to view the files in whatever manner is best for them, since no transaction is the same.
For due diligence situations with large quantities of files, we’ve incorporated indexing so you can easily reference files and folders within the workspace and to speed up your workflow. We’ve made it simple, but powerful enough to handle any size job and will make organization much more stress-free for the clients who need it.
