For those of you who frequently create similar workspaces, we’ve added workspace templates to help save you time. Everything from your logo, files, members, tags, and custom fields will be added to workspaces created from the template automatically. To try it out, create a workspace template from your My Workspaces page and follow the steps to complete the process.
A workspace template also has a custom .csv file for batch uploading of workspaces if you’re working with a lot of similar transactions, but unique data for each. Administrators can download the .csv file and enter the required data to populate the workspace profile(s).
Templates are live on all CapLinked user accounts today, so try them out and let us know what you think.
