A workspace is a virtual private hub for secure document sharing and project collaboration. To access a workspace and its content, users must belong to a workspace permission group.

Yes, the trial data room will be automatically converted to a paid subscription once a billing method is provided. All documents and project content previously configured during the trial period will remain intact.
