Greg has over 25 years of experience in information management and security. With a strong background working for large global enterprises, he has provided cutting-edge solutions to a diverse group of clients requiring a variety of data protection services. During his tenure at CapLinked, Greg has played a pivotal role in expanding the client base and increasing revenue while overseeing sales and revenue-generating activities. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in positioning CapLinked as a trusted provider of virtual data room solutions. As CEO, Greg is poised to lead CapLinked to new heights, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and commitment to the company, and to clients.
Christopher Grey
President & Co-founder
Christopher Grey is the president and co-founder of CapLinked, an enterprise software company offering an information control and risk mitigation platform for the sharing of confidential or sensitive documents and communications outside of the enterprise. Previously, he was a senior executive and managing partner in private equity and corporate finance for 15 years and directly involved in the deployment and management of billions of dollars of debt and equity investments in various industries. Christopher founded two companies, Crestridge Investments, a private equity firm that made debt and equity investments in micro cap and middle market companies, and Third Wave Partners, which made debt and equity investments in distressed situations, and was managing director of a subsidiary of Emigrant Bank, the largest privately owned bank in the country.
Edward Chen

Edward is an information technology and cybersecurity executive with over 15 years of experience building and protecting critical infrastructure across various enterprises. Having worked in both public and private sectors, Edward brings a diverse range of expertise to his role as Chief Technology Officer at CapLinked. With a strong track record in ensuring data integrity and implementing robust security measures, Edward has been instrumental in driving CapLinked’s technological advancement, operational planning, and business alignment. His leadership and strategic insights have been vital in positioning CapLinked as a trusted platform for secure business transactions.
Leila Tuchez
Director of Operations
Leila began her career with CapLinked in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager, where she prioritized finding solutions for customer pain points and enjoyed enhancing the VDR experience for all client use cases. She has since transitioned into CapLinked’s Director of Operations where she handles enterprise billing and takes part in testing new product features. She currently resides in Melbourne Australia with her partner and makes regular trips back to Los Angeles to spend time with colleagues, friends, and family.

Keith has extensive experience providing strategic guidance to our executive team ensuring compliance with the ever-evolving legal landscape. Keith has Trial experience and has exceptional legal acumen and meticulous attention to detail. With his strong leadership and exceptional problem-solving abilities, our General Counsel has consistently proven his ability to mitigate risks and protect our Company’s interests.
Sayem Khan
Senior Software Developer
Sayem has been a full-stack software engineer for over 10 years and has worked at several high-growth tech startups, including Doximity (NASDAQ: DOCS). He works remotely and lives in New York. He specializes in full-stack development at CapLinked, and enjoys running, traveling, and reading. He went to the University of Michigan for undergrad and loves college football.
Briana Oku
Administrative Manager
Briana is the newest member of the CapLinked Team. She has over 5 years of experience in administrative management and over 9 years in customer service. Briana is a California native and currently resides in the greater Seattle area. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and writing.
