Yes, by paying annually, you will save 20% of the monthly subscription rate. Simply select the yearly billing option in your billing portal. There are also discounts for 3 month and 6 month subscription plans. Our virtual data room pricing is simple and transparent.
When you start a free trial with CapLinked, you will have complete access to all features included in the Pro plan. However, trial accounts are limited to 1 workspace, 3 paid administrators, and 500MB storage space. Account Owners will need to select their plan and payment terms at the end of the free trial.
Your virtual data room will be available immediately upon sign up. You can have your data room up and running in minutes.
Yes, the trial data room will be automatically converted to a paid subscription once a billing method is provided. All documents and project content previously configured during the trial period will remain intact.
