A recently released CapLinked feature lets accredited investors and advisors preview and request access to deals. Companies can submit their deals for approval to include in the browsing.

Accredited investors can now:
– Quickly preview hundreds of screened and qualified deals
– Request access to a deal with one click
– Review potential investments more efficiently
Deal browsing is just one of many ways that companies can share a deal with investors. It strongly complements sending out private invites to your deal room. Whenever you meet a new prospect, send them an invitation to your deal. You will also have the option of allowing people invited to your deal to share it with others.
