CapLinked administrators now have the ability to set a date at which members of a Permissions group in a workspace will have their access to files revoked. With one easy click, you can enable the feature and select any expiration date. Once the group’s expiration date is reached, all of the folder permissions for that group (View, Download, Upload) will be disabled. You can also use the expiration date feature with our Enterprise Digital Rights Management (DRM) functionality to cut off access to downloaded documents.
